"What are you really angry about?!"

Anger Management

If you have outbursts of anger that frighten your children, you probably have tried to stop them. And it's not your fault if you have yet to be successful!

Much of what passes for anger management is just suppression. I learned cognitive behavior therapy skills to facilitate a batterer's treatment program and had tremendous success when I rolled in trauma education and EMDR. I have two decades of experience with anger management working with the present (to stop the damage), the past (to cut the roots), and the future (to repair the damage you may have inadvertently caused). If your anger has discouraged other therapists, I may be the right fit for you.
